Scoring Framework

Our assessment uses a 5-point maturity scale for each criterion:

Initial

Basic or no implementation

Developing

Early stage implementation

Established

Systematic implementation

Advanced

Comprehensive implementation

Leading

Best-in-class implementation

Assessment Categories

The assessment evaluates three core dimensions:

Environmental

Carbon emissions, resource efficiency, waste management, and environmental impact

Social

Workforce diversity, community engagement, human rights, and labor practices

Governance

Board oversight, ethics and compliance, risk management, and transparency

Scoring Methodology

Each category score is calculated as follows:

Individual criteria scores (1-5) are averaged within each category
Category scores are normalized to a percentage (0-100%)
Overall maturity score is weighted average of category scores
Peer comparison uses industry-specific benchmarks
